Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Boring Shows for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. Event Bookings

When you book tickets through our Platform:

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Ticket prices are displayed in the currency specified and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message
• You are responsible for ensuring all booking details are correct before confirmation
• Entry to events is subject to the event organizer's terms and conditions

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as displayed on the Platform. By making a payment, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method
• The payment information provided is accurate
• You will be charged the amount displayed at checkout

6. User Accounts

• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Resell or transfer tickets in violation of event terms

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Boring Shows or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Boring Shows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to event cancellations, changes, or postponements.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
